The Iconic New Orleans Cocktails series shares the histories and ingredients of some of the city’s most storied beverages. We’re looking for cocktail history experts who can tell a compelling story about the development of each cocktail and its place in New Orleans culture. At 15,000 words, these books should be accessible to general readers, cocktail enthusiasts, and fans of Louisiana’s vibrant food culture.
